This company are a married couple, they are scam artists and liars. they built my home that is falling apart. i was stuck with unfinished work, poor craftsmanship and downright disgusting job overall. please save yourselves from this horrible couple, eddie and aida. their 'have a blessed day' commentary is a cover up....do not believe his or her 'kind' tone or friendlyness for honesty. they should not have a license. i feel bad for unsuspecting victims who they have ripped off. V & S Construction already had their contractors license revoked and they now have a new license under "American Dream Design" look it up. for your construction, look elsewhere. they will give you a rockbottom estimate and charge you double for the work or say they did more and will do less. they are bad, bad and then bad to worse.

The report given on Oct. 2012 from Monterey Park, is false and misleading. We are a family owned business, experienced in contruction for the last 22 years. We have worked on churches, hospitals, tenat improvements, goverment buildings, and for the last 10 years Residential construction. As a legitimate business owner and father of five, I confess the hardest thing in these business is to keep EVERYONE happy. This is why my wife and I have learn to make sure our six page contracts are fully detail and we go above and beyond meeting with clients to make sure they know the head-acks and sometimes overbearing construction projects can be. We meet several times before a contracts starts to review and to make sure is what the client wants. We keep conversation logs, walk-through letters, punch list letters, delay letters, and as many things documented as possible. Our scope of work is detail to the last item and we make sure the clients understands the procedures.
Unfortunaly you always get a SPECIAL client and luckly for us in 22 years of doing construction we have encounter this. Without these experiences we would not be the wise contractors that we are. We all make mistakes and the best thing to do is to learn from them. Our resilience and strenght
prevail and without a doudt our company name will be cleared.
Many times the biggest mis-understanding are about extra work or "change orders", in all hosnesty our company is not a strong beliver of change orders. We respect clients budgets and all we want is for our clietns to honor our budget in their projects.
