My neighbor two doors down had their old roof torn off and replaced. The delivery truck damaged a portion of our lawn and the crew had little integrity and did not clean up properly.
My wife went to get the company info when she saw our neighbor's huge lawn damage and our smaller damage. Someone on the crew said to my wife, "What do you care it’s not your lawn?” The company did send a person out to assess the damage and admits it should not have happened. ADHI is supposed to send a landscaper out to flatten and reseed the lawns in 2 weeks - we will see.
The next morning when I pulled out of my garage, I got a flat tire from an old roofing nail. This cost me a half day and I was on my way to a $200 conference. This cost my wife hours, as she had to bring the car into Schaumburg Toyota (23 miles) to get the 2-month-old tire plugged. Then I found a second old roofing nail on my garage apron dead center and next to the door. ADHI says it was a coincidence and vouches for the integrity of the crews. I obviously cannot prove it was sabotage, so I let the reader decide. Even if it was an accident, ADHI should step up and claim responsibility for the nails left behind and so far, they have not.

I had same problems you have had, huge nails everywhere, garbage in bushes and grounds, dead grass, trampled plants. I was told will be fixed (don't hold your breath! At least hopefully you got a decent roof....mine was put on so poorly, needs to be completely redone.

May have screwed up my homeowners insurance policy. Said I had a bunch of storm damaged and said I should call. So we did. They came out and absolutely NO STORM DAMMAGE. ADHI "supervisor" agreed with my adjuster. They are all kids working for this place. Bunch of scamsters. I will talk to media or anyone interested. They will say "FALSE STATEENT" like in all the complaints. Biggest scamsters around and now my insurance may be in jeapordy.

They will lie about storm damage and get your ins company out when no damage. get a second opinion if your brave enough to go with these people. Compromised my homeowners insurance coverage now that a claim was filed. I wasn't up there personally. they took pictures and showed us and said definate staorm damage. Day adjuster came the "supervisor" of this place agreed, NO STORM DAMAGE AT ALL. Adjuster said he thinks I SHOULDN'T have any problems with my policy!!! WHAT???? Complainted posted to the BBB which I should have checked 1st. LESSON LEARNED.

Wow! ADHI went out of their way to repair all damage done.
They actually replaced my neighbor's entire front lawn and fixed the damge to our lawn.
They sent me $200 to cover my flat tire caused by a stray roofing nail.
Super responsive and great communicators.
Neighbors say they are happy with their roof and work performed.
Because of superb management I would give ADHI a try for future work.
