AMERICAN EAGLE ACCEPTANCE - CENTAL PARK MOTORCARS HOW MANY TIMES AND WAYS ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO THIS... DALLAS Texas

They started out as an excuse to pick up my car was payment not received sent to wrong address and they didn,t know where to get their own money and did not giive me correct address,then they just didn't check their own office for payment ,sent 2 weeks early, sent someone out to pick up my car.this time ,I finally had enough money to get my car fixed,I had only been able to drive it down the street before it would stop on me,company said it was my responsibility to get fixed,they were not responsible for what Clay Cooley did not get right, since i got the car ,Ive only driven the car out town aka 30 miles away , 2 times.it would break down .Called American Eagle Accpeptance Corp. and told them what I was doing talked to Denise and 2 other supervisors over her and told them what I was doing .They told me no problem ,I had til the 10th of May to get payment in ,it cost me 800 dollars to get it fixed, I drive a 2001 saturn. I reinterated "was they"re a problem " they said no .Well ,my payment was due the 20th they picked my car up the 24th of April.I was left stranded a my job, I called the Police ,everything.The Police , they said it was taken because of nonpayment ,gave me the number they gave them ,this was before the place closed, I called several times ,of course,no answer.Found right number called the next day.They said after talking to several people that it was because I had the wrong insurance,My original contract with Clay Cooley said full coverage only for 6 months,So they are charging me towing fee plus payment due so ,you know nobody has that kind of money sitting in bank..come on now is this legal.
