American Express American Express never sent our first bill then reported us to the credit agency! Customer Service won't help! Nationwide

We got a credit card with American Express so we could shop at Costco.  We never got our first bill, and by the time we ended up realizing that we had not gotten a bill or paid it, when we called, apparently American Express had already submitted it to the credit agency.

We ended up putting it on auto-pay we are never late.  Well, now it is time to use our credit and we found that when American Express reported that, it really really effected us.  We have called over and over, reached out on Twitter, reached out on online chat.  Customer service refuses to help.

There are way too many credit card companies out there.  Do not give your money or put your trust in American Express.  We are so disappointed.  We just want them to take action on their wrong and make this right and we can't get any help!

So frustrating.  Save yourself the heartache and stress.
