American Express AMEX VS WIDOW santa ana California

American Express VS Linda Seeger (Widow).  I feel that American Express has confused me with constant changing rates and continuously raising limits and then my lowering limits  …they relentlessly changed my limits and rates so it confuses me. I know I have paid and given them thousands of dollars in interest and fees I don’t know what my rate is or what my limit is or was because it kept changing. I have written many letters and the conditions should have already been met and the amount owed should be the amount borrowed on original contract status. Of coarse I want to pay off my bill but they will not work with me they refuse to care and see me as a human I lost my husband in a hit and run car crash and shortly after I got stage 4 cancer! The cancer, drugs, medical bills, depression and loss of loved one are the reasons are why I have had. problems paying my bill and I am sorry for that but I’m just trying to stay alive because to top it off at the moment I’m going through surgical menopause.

Events as they happened…

1. Husband Killed in crash
2. Deep Depresion sets in
3. Lost business Floral Poetry Wedding Flowers
4. Tried to regain business Floral Poetry Wedding Flowers this is where Amex charges came from.
5. Diagnosed w Stage 4 cancer
6. 1 year of chemo 3 percent chance to live
7. I have been prescribed drugs upon drugs to help me through the cancer and depression.

 I spent money on my Amex because I was trying to get my wedding flower business back up and running I was devastated after my husband was killed in the hit and run crash.

So I did a Bridal Show trying to get my life back but shortly after I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer! Everything on American Express was for that bridal show.

I have written many letters to American Express…Dear American Express,I just can’t figure you out anymore. You’ve changed from the giving AmEx I once knew into a volatile, unpredictable monstrous. I’m frustrated, AmEx. I’m upset, confused and I’m frustrated. Here we are, getting along great, while your making so much money off me and then I get a letter from you saying you’ve decreased my credit limit and I’m over the limit What?. I’m guessing you did this because some commercial reporting agency whatever the reason you changed my status to disrespectful and when I tried to explain my situation you did not care I told you my husband was killed in a hit and run car crash you did not care and then I got stage 4 cancer no sympathy from you Dear American Express.

And what gets me even more is now you are sueing me a Widow ! A widow with stage 4 cancer!!!!!!!

AmEx. I just. Don’t. Get you.

So what do we do now?
