I purchased one of there generators TB9000 and had problems with generator approx 20 months after purchasing from individual who sold item outright. Generator had 0 hours when purchased and only 10 hours when problems occured. I called them and they asked for proof of purchase. All I had was warrenty paper and copy of check when purchased.

Representavie sent me to closest repair shop they had account with in my area. Shop checked it out, said engine needed to be replaced. American Fab sent them new engine took care of cost and generator has been working since then. I only use this generator in emergiencies so I can't say it has a million hours on it, but it fires up eny time I crank unit. Great customer service.

 I work for this company and have for about 4 months, from the sounds of things someone who was released from duty probably for doing drugs or drinking had decided to try to start trouble. As far as the equipment being only worth 2000 that is a far cry from the truth. I have run into customers all over the north east who have the equipment and I saw it with my own two eyes, they say it is the best equipment they had ever purchased. And they have had it for over ten years in most cases. I also had one customer who did not read his manual and did not realize there was break in oil in the equipment and never changed it and damaged his generator, American Fab actually worked with him for warranty even though it was his mistake. Now all I'm saying here is to use your own judgement and don't believe everything you read on the internet.
