These people promised to help settle my debt at 60% of what I owed and thousands of $ later, they have not been able to make good on their word. I have had to settle with creditors on my own. They stop calling once they've suck you of a fee thousand $. How sad! I'm a mom of 3 kids, my husband shut down his real estate business and you have people out there stealing and taking advantage of people.

Ripped Off

I was enrolled in this companies debt program and paid over $5,000 to them and they never paid a cent to any of my creditors and took my money and ran with it.  The contact numbers I had for them became disconnected and I lost every bit of my $5,000 to this company and haven't been able to contact them for over 3 years.  I was searching the internet because i am currently resolving all of my debts and stumbled across this post on Rip off Report.  Now that i have a number for them i plan to contact them and attempt to get my money back without having to hire a lawyer or anything.  If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to assist me in this matter.  Thank you very much for any assistance in this matter.

I am the Director of Operations at American Financial Concepts and strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so your post obviously concerns me. Based on the fact that we have over 2,000 clients and only six (6) BBB complaints, ever; (all of which were immediately resolved) we hold firm that our customer-sat rating is the best in the industry. We understand that our program is not a one size fits all and have safeguards throughout the process to educate as well as listen to our prospective clients before they enroll as well as remediation procedures for those who either have a change in circumstances or change of heart, so those few who leave us, do so amicably. In the event of a customer complaint, my staff and I bend over backwards to reach an agreement with the customer.

I have conducted a full review of our clients in MN and am not aware of anyone with a complaint about our service.
