American Freedom Clearinghouse Terri Reagan & Alison Roberts Refused to Honor 3 Day cancellation clause & refund money Las Vegas, Nevada

I first filed a report on this company in Sept. and I have not received my requested refund for the Magazines.  I  canceled the subscriptions to the magazines on August 17, 2012.  This was within the required 3 day cancellation period.  There was
no response to my written request for a refund.  I called their phone # several times and left messages for them to call me, still no response.   On Sept 19, 2012 I wrote them again requesting a refund, On October 1, 2012 a letter from American Freedom
Clearinghouse was received.  They requested as proof of purchase my canceled check front and back.  I complied and mailed them the proof along with another letter requesting my refund.  still no response. It has been 60 days and they have not refunded my money.
