American Freight Furniture Does not receive items as specified in the receipt Fairfield Ohio

I have ordered for a complete package which includes KG Box, Mattress, Dining Set, Tea tables, Sofa, Love, Dresser, Mirror and Head board on 05/10/2008.

I have received KG Box, Mattress, Tea tables, Sofa and Love. They have also sent me a dining set which I have not ordered. That too for receiving these items I have to call several items to them and I received my items by end of May.

I am yet to receive Dresser, Mirror, Head board and the dining set need to be exchanged.

I paid on 05/10/2008 and the company transacted my money with next two days on 05/12/2008. In my receipt they have an estimated delivery date of 05/15/2008.

I have called several times and am not getting appropriate responses from this company. Each time one person picks up the phone and they put me on hold for several minutes. I have called nearly about 30 to 35 times and they have not even called me once to update the status. Each time they will tell that they would give a call to me but I would not receive any calls and I have to call again .

I visited the store to cancel the order and they told that they do not have a refund policy. The sales person named Simon Elliot simply bluffed and fought with me.
They keep on postponing the delivery date and with pain I am posting this report. I don't know how to proceed or deal this

They are using my money for some other purposes and are not tracking the order. The customer service is really poor. Before you order the items they seems to be very customizable but once you pay for your order then it is really hard to deal with this company since you do not have any hold on your money.
