We have been wanting a new bed and bed frame for the last three years and have been saving and scraping for one. This is our first furniture purchase together and we only wanted the best so we have been paying on it for the last 10 months. I went in and paid the last $371 on a Saturday. It was exciting because Tony the gentleman helping us said he could GUARANTEE delivery that day and if not then certainly the next. SO we rushed home removed the old crappy bed that we have had for years.....we were beaming!!!

We made the payment at noon and were told we would hear from someone soon that afternoon. It was 5 when I called back because they closed in two hours. I got the run around, was told that they were getting our bed from another store and the frame from another and it would all be delivered from another store, they would be calling soon. 6:30 rolls around and I decide to call again, this time someone gives me the name of the driver with our bed, Hector. Hector had no idea who I was and clearly he did not have our bed.

Called the store back and was given the number to the store that now had our bed. Called that store and was told it was on its way. Then I was called by Tony and told "sorry, I faxed the order this morning and they are telling me they don't have it". We said not that we are upset with you but this phone tag business needs to stop. If you can not deliver the bed today that is fine we would just like to know when you could. He said he would get back with us on Sunday.

Sunday afternoon we call, get the run around again and they say our bed is on the way. Nearly 8 o'clock PM we get a knock at the door. Not Hector but another man and woman who are only delivering the bed frame. Well slap me and call me Suzie but I thought we were getting it all. So we sucked it up and paid them sixty dollars for the delivery and asked if we had to pay again when they came with our mattresses......the woman said no....but said she was not aware of a mattress set being delivered and it would be two weeks before another truck would come. . . .WHAT?!

When we put the pieces together we were missing all of the screws and a couple other pieces.

Monday.....call store......Tony is not in......and that shouldn't matter other than the fact that no other employee is willing to tell us when we are getting our bed. . .he won't be in until Wednesday. . . .still have no bed they will not comment on how long. . .also advised them we received the bed frame with missing pieces, gentleman we spoke with did not care, and kept saying he can not help us Tony has to. Matter of fact he was flat out rude and said "didn't we just talk to you?" To which we replied yes and have you done anything that you said you were going to do? His reply, "this is Tony's account I can't help you"

WE PAID IN FULL 1400 dollars for our first furniture purchase together and are now batteling with American Freight to come through on their end and give us our bed!!!
