American Freight They sent me broked glued back together stuff that is junk... Columbus Ohio

Okay my problem is that three weeks ago April 27, 2008 I got back my tax returns and I decided to go and buy me a hole bedroom set, and when I received it the head bored and foot bored was broken and it looked like someone tried to glue it back together and then my mirror to my long dresser is broken in it's frame and the back of the long dresser is messed up in the back of it.

So the next day April 28, 2008 I called American Freight which is the furniture store that I bought my furniture from and told them about it and at that time I was very calm about it and let them know what happened. George my sales rep. said that they don't have anything in stock to replace it so they'll send me a metal frame so that I can have my mattresses off the floor. I was fine with that then I had to call them a second time that day 5 hours after I had original called them to ask them why they were not here to drop it off yet. And then George told me that they had a route to go on so that they didn't waste gas. I was like thats fine. So then I let them know that I didn't receive any of the screws or anything to put it together. George said that he would hand them to the driver personally.

So it was going on 8 o'clock p.m. and the Drive called me to confirm my location and to let me know that he was an hour away. Well they didn't show up until 11 o'clock p.m., so after I received the metal frame I was up till 12:30ish a.m. putting the metal frame together. I had to be up by 7a.m. to get ready for work and get my son over to the babysitters and I really didn't get much sleep that night so I was dragging at work the next day. So on April 29, 2008 I had called them again and asked them when I would be expecting the head bored and foot bored and George said that they're not to sure and that they would give me a call. So I was like okay.

Well on May 18,2008 I get off of work and I realized that America Freight had called and they left me a voice mail saying that my stuff was in and to give them a call as soon as I could. So after I checked my voice mail I called them and asked them if they would be able to deliver it that day and of course they said they couldn't because it was too late, so I told them my only day off is that I had is on Tuesday May 20, 2008 and I had also let them know about my mirror that I received was broken as well, and that the back of my long dresser was messed up. So they told me that they would give me a new head bored, foot bored, mirror and long dresser.

So today which is May 20, 2008 I woke up at 10 o'clock a.m. so that I would be awake when they called so that I could receive my stuff. Well, it wasn't until shortly after 5 o'clock p.m. when I decided to give them a call to ask them when my stuff will be arriving and George got on the phone and told me "I'm sorry but there is a little bit of a problem and that we noticed that our floor model was broke so we opened one of our boxes to replace it with the floor model and we found out that it was broken as well so we looked at another box and that one was broken as well so we don't have any in stock right now!" so then he went into some bull s**t story about why they couldn't get me my stuff to me today. So I also added in about my mirror and long dresser was messed up as well and I asked if I could at least receive that and he acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about. So I asked him hows come he couldn't call me and let me know what was going on. George replied "Well I just found out about it 2 hours ago AND BISNESS WAS BOOMING and I've been too busy to call you." So thats when I went off on him and George said "Well I can send you one of the broken and set have them set it up for you in till we receive a good one" I replied "Why would I have you come out and give me a broken Head bored and Foot bored when the one that I already have is broken and is unsafe for my ONE YEAR OLD SON, and the set that I have how is sitting against the wall waiting for your Drives to come and get it. George replied back Well I dont know what else to do for you at this moment but were really busy and I dont have time to talk to you right now, so what do you want to do in the mean time! Well by this time I was very furious and I told him that he can come and get his stuff and give me my money back because I as well work in costumer service and that I cut hair for a living and if I was as unprofessional as they were I would have lost my job. And that I gave my day off to receive my furniture that I was suppose to already have had! And that they can come and pick up the furniture and I want my money back! Well George said All sales are final and there is nothing that they can do about that. So I went off on him again because I was really upset so I finally said well when can I be expecting my stuff and George said that he didnt know because he was on the phone with me and that he had other costumer to attend to. So I said Well Im an unsatisfied costumer and unsatisfied costumers should come first because were I work if you unhappy with what weve done you on the next on the list! So he went on to saying rudely again that theres nothing that he could do while he was on the phone with me. So I said Fine then just call me back!
It is now going on 10 oclock and I still havent received a call back and my Roommate told me to contact 6 on yourside and let them know whats going on because on the recite it said something about returns had to Be within 30 days and that would be on May 27, 2008 and thats in like one week.
