Informing me he was calling on behalf of Citibank, corporate attorney. Can refinance at 1.75%. Need $5000.00 paid upfront. Caller I'd showed texas telephone number. I informed him I needed to discuss with my accountant. He called back stating his name is Dave Feldman. I told him I didn't call accountant yet. He called back one hour later, his name was David Daugherty. He gave me a phone number in San Diego, Ca.I have notified attorney general. They are no attorney or a bank . they are totally fake.
