I inquired with the company about making on-line payments since the nearest office is long distance from me. They e-mailed back the following:
Thank you for the inquiry. But unfortunately at this time we do not offer on-line bill pay, payment by phone, or payments made by credit card. You can send your payment to any of the American General branches in your area.

Comments: Working up a consumer loan through Townhouse Galleries. Want to be able to do all banking on-line. There is no local branch office around us. All are long distance calls and over 25 miles from us. Can you set up on-line payment by mid November for me?

no online pay?

I used to pay every month by online for about 3 years till i discontinued it and now they really socked it to me a couple months ago by saying interest rates went up 1/4 percent now my payment jumped big time by 19 percent

I'm a former employee of AGF (American General Finance), worked there for 8 years, 2 of those as Branch Manger.
AGF has never offered online payments. On their website: www.loansfast.com or www.agfinance.com, I dont even see where it's offered. I do see "DIRECT PAY" that is a payment service that they've offered for several years. That is where they debit your checking automatically each month. To enroll you need to contact your local AGF branch.
My question is what website did you visit? There is also American General Insurance.
