On 5/25/17 I ordered a T-Shirt (Order # 278632067) on May 21st, followed by another T-Shirt (Order # 278868800) June 1st 2017.  I finally received one T-shirt around 7-10 days ago, but have not received the second one.

Then, today, a charge for $19.95 appeared on my bank account.  I have no idea what this is supposed to be for, nor did I in any way authorize it!!

I have included the email chain for my dealings with this company below. (I deleted my email address where shown)

Hi Ron,

Thank you for your email!

Apologies for this mishap, I know this can be frustrating on your part. For a quick resolution, you have an option to either reship or refund for the order of "In Guns we Trust" shirt placed last 5/21/2017.

If you opt to reship, please verify your shipping address since there might be changes when the order was originally placed and we will send this out ASAP.

Thank you and have a nice day!

Thanks!

Hi Ron,

Thank you for contacting Support! Please be informed that the tracking information provided is to let you know that a label has been created for your shirt orders (Order# 278632067 and Order# 278868800). But as there are no movements since 5/25/17 and 6/6/17 respectively, it means that the orders are still in process. We are having an issue at this time and we are now cooperating with the warehouse to resolve it as soon as possible.

As we don't want to keep you waiting, we will give you an option to have it canceled and refunded. Then after that, we will let you know once the issue has been resolved so that you can reorder this product.
