Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company requires that the entire order be paid for when ordering and does NOT take credit cards!! This I thought was suspect from the beginning!!! It took 5 months to get my order but it finally has arrived! What a rip-off; I think they are playing with everyone's money!!!!!

I TOTALLY AGREE! HOW COULD YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR FLOOR IF THEY ARE GONE AND WE ORDERED IN NOVEMBER. GIVE ME A BREAK! DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY UPDATES? I HAVE JUST ABOUT RUN OUT OF ANY HOPE AND OPTIONS AS TO WHAT TO DO. HOW DISSAPOINTING THIS HAS BEEN. ALL MY HARD EARNED MONEY THAT I SAVED WHILE BEING HOME AFTER I HAD MY BABY AND STILL NO FLOOR TO SHOW FOR IT. I KNOW THERE HAS TO BE JUSTICE AND MAYBE SOON THESE THEIVES WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT!

I agree! There is no way you ordered in Dec. and got them in late May or June. I ordered mine in Nov., and nothing. The company is gone! How could you get YOUR floors????

I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW YOU COULD HAVE RECEIVED YOUR FLOORING IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN GONE FOR SOME WEEKS NOW. YOU ALSO PURCHASED YOUR FLOORING WEEKS AFTER I PURCHASED MINE.
SOMETHING DOESN'T SOUND RIGHT! ARE YOU SURE YOU ARE NOT SOMEONE WORKING FOR THIS SCAM COMPANY? WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR FLOORING FROM? WHAT COMPANY DELIVERED IT? GIVE MORE INFO!

You are lucky you even recieved your floors. I ordered my flooring in November 2004 and still have not recieved it. I have placed complaints with the Attorney Generals for IL and CA; the FTC at www.ftc.gov; the international trade commission www.itc.gov; www.ifccfbi.gov; and with the CA Better Business Bureau. I also had my attorney send letters to as many of the addresses as I could find (6) and they were all returned as undeliverable.
