American Health Benifit RIPOFF: FALSE ADVERTISMENT.... I WAS TOLD HEALTH INSURANCE NOT DISCOUNT CARD!!! Dallas Texas

I was searching for health insurance on line on December 31 2008 and I received a call from a associate from american health. She stated that my monthly bill for health insurance was $99.81. I asked her if it was a ppo plane and she said it was a PPO health plane.

I thought, well just what I wanted was a ppo health plan. So i emediately signed up because she said it was a holiday thing and that was the last day to recieve that price. She said i would recieve my package in the mail 7-10 buisness days. I recieved my package one month later on January 24,2009.

As soon as I recieved the package I read discount card so i called the company back and asked them why they did not tell me it was a discount card. She stated that she did when she recorded me. I told her she told me to say yes to everything and I told her they read there policy so fast, that how come she did not make it clear to me, she then stated,'of course it was not said directly'.

I then got so upset and asked to her cancel my discount card and return my money cause i did not use any of her services. she said she was canceling it but she could not refund the money.

I have not been checking my bank statement for 2 months and I happen to check it on March 12,2009 and realized they are still taking out payment for the discount card that I clearly canceled in January.
