american health solutions i needed health insurance because i lost my job. new york

i talked to 2 ladies on the phone they were explaining to me what i was being covered on, the quote was $296.95. but i had to pay $420.00 first. when i leave a message no one returns my calls. i knew something was wrong when they did not e mail me my plan. 

i was looking for health insurance on line. i got a call right away. the 2 ladies on the phone were explaining to me what i am covered for. i was on the phone for about 10 to 15 minutes. i gave them all of my personal information. they took $296.95 out of my account. for the first month i was to pay $420.00. but i didnt have that in my account. so they took $296.95 out of my account. i am suppose to have surgery next week. now i have no insurance. i knew something was wrong when i did not riecieve an e mail. im calling and i get no reply
