Hi, I would like to file a complaint against "American Heartland insurance Skokie IL, approximately 3 months ago i had one of their clients hit my menu board and bent the menu board down the middle broke the front door cracked the other door completely demolished my menu board. I had filed a claim with American heartland since they were the insurer of the client that had hit the menu board. I was told my Julie Driscoll to send the pictures and the estimates of the damage and what would cost to repair it would be "estimates". after waiting about a month or so i called julie back and left a message with NO reply for 1 week i called back and requested to talk to julie about my claim and was transferred to her voice mail for the second time. after waiting another week and still NO RESPONSE from Julie I decided to call for the THIRD TIME and DEMANDED to talk with Julie. I finally get through to her and she says "i haven't received your pictures" so i told her that i would resend them again which i did the same day. after waiting yet another week with NO RESPONSE YET AGAIN!. so i decided to call again and demanded that I talk with her. she then proceeds to tell me that she had received the pictures and was waiting for an "approval" from her manager and would call me back sometime next week to discuss the details. I waited TWO WEEKS! and got no reply or response from Julie and called american heartland to discuss the details of my claims YET AGAIN. Julie then proceeds to tell me how they can pay for $1800 of the damages when i clearly would cost me around $4500 to replace the smashed menu board proven from the estimates that were provided. I proceeded to tell Julie That was NOT ACCEPTABLE AND i would like to talk to someone to explain that If someone HAD Smashed your "property" and it needs to be replaced how can I get it replaced for 1/3 of the price when it clearly cost a MUCH more to (FIX) REPLACE and the estimates CLEARLY SHOW THE DETAILS. she then proceeds to tell me that I NEED to speak with her manager "RON CLARK" I CALLED RON CLARK FOR 3 WEEKS AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES with NO REPLY FROM RON decided to call today and demanded I speak with him and after CALLING BACK 5 TIMES AND GETTING HIS VOICE MAIL! I called back the SIXTH TIME and finally got through to him so after waiting over 3 months FOR THIS CLAIM he tells me IN A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER "TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT" and proceeded to use profanity!. IS THIS COMPANY REAL? I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANYONE, ANYWHERE. I cannot believe that people actually have insurance with this WORTHLESS COMPANY! I HAVE ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND WILL do everything i can to get my money from this WORTHLESS COMPANY "AMERICAN HEARTLAND INSURANCE SKOKIE IL" RON CLARK THE WAY YOU TALK TO PEOPLE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE THE USE OF PROFANITY is unimaginable to any business professional. HOW CAN THIS COMPANY EMPLOYE SUCH INDIVIDUAL THAT HAVE NO RESPECT FOR their work, loyalty to their customers, respect for their customers! THIS COMPANY ALREADY HAS "F" RATING WITH THE BBB. PATHETIC WORTHLESS COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES WITH NO REGARD FOR THEIR CLIENTS OR ANYONE. SHOCKED TO THAT YOU ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!
