Needed repair service for air conditioner.  First visit, the pressure was low, added fluid plus a sealant. $400.   2nd call, 2 weeks later, froze up again.  Pressure is OK.  Probably was OK the last visit.  Maybe the TXV is failing, but can not replace till it fails completely. ($36) 3rd call 2 weeks later, unit will not cool, also froze up.  Tech decided to replace TXV.  Week later, called tech that I had not heard anything, he said he would call me back.  Next day calls back, manager is out on personal, part should be ordered on Monday.   1 week later called dispatch, no information about any service in progress.  She would contact the manager and call me back in a couple of hours.  3 hours later, called dispatch, this person again had no knowledged based on the service log of anything in progress.  She would have the service manager (Toni) call me.  3 hours later, no call from Toni.  Called dispatch again, I asked to speak to Toni, she said she would go over there and let him know.  She came back and said they were on the phone trying to determine when the part would be shipped.  (It has been 2 weeks and they had not ordered the part yet).  OK, so she said Toni would call me in 1/2 hour.  It is now 1 hour later and no call back.

AHMI maintenance dispatch is broke.  The dispatchers are nice, but the techs do not tell them what they are doing and the managers do not tell either.  So, the call logs for dispatch have no information recorded from anyone except when you talk with them.
