Of couse it all starts with something breaking, my wall Maytag wall oven broke a few seeks ago, the tech did come out and determin that it was the switch, three days later AHS calls and give me an options, 1. fix the problem by having the tech come back out to my house and take the switch and have it fixed, which would take up to four weeks( whish is crazy who can be with out a oven for 4 weeks) 2. take the cost of the repair (one hundererd dollars and some change) to put it toward a new on. oh and the kicker is that the money would only go toward the installation of the new oven purchaed. After talking to the rep, which hung up on me after decusing what a resonable about of time is that an applance should be down which i said a week is resonable to me not 4 weeks. and this all happend today and it has been two weeks so far. So in my opion it is better to put your 49.00 monthy payment into a saving accout than to put it into their pocket, power to the people spread the word
