American Home Shield A Servicemaster Company Failure to cover air conditioner problems, Internet

I have been a customer with them for 17 years.  And they make the rules up as they go.  How do u think AHS got a A plus BBB rating .  They paid for it.   I had a furnace replaced last year.  They contractor they sent charged me 150.00 for a building permit.  The cost at the county court house is 50.00 they added 70.00 for handing fees.  I was not allowed to pick it up even though the permit is in my name. AHS would not allow me to use another contractor because united heating and air was the first company called.  Ill be happy to give anyone names and dates and info.  This occured in GA.  I hope enough people do what I am doing and cancel the service and find another company or just put the 400 a year in the bank.  I am sick of AHS.
