ON 7/25/16 FILED A SERVICE REQUEST TO HAVE MY AC/HEATER COMBO TO BE REPLACED AFTER LEARNING IT WAS UNREPAIRABLE BY A/C TECH.  IT IS NOW 10/17/16 AND STILL HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED OR COME TO A COMFORABLEAGREEMENT IN GETTING THIS PROBLEM SOLVED.

IF I WAS TO CASH OUT AS AN OTHER OPTION THEY WOULD ONLY ALLOW $1995.00, FOR EVERYTHING, WHICH WOULD NOT EVEN COVER THE UNIT IT SELF.

I AM A TRANSPLANT PATIENT AND NEED MY UNIT WORKING DUE TO MY IMMUNE SYSEM, WAS INFORMED MY HEATER IS UNSAFE DUE TO CORROSIN AND COULD CAUSE A FIRE WHICH THEY ARE AWARE OF.
