Investor's beware! Be advised that American Ink is a business opportunity started about March 2005 by a group of people who also started the Holiday Ink company. Look at the postings about Holiday Ink to get some idea of what kind of experience people have had in dealing with those people.

Nick Morrell (AKA Richard Morrell, AKA Nick Cascario or Cassario) is the president of Holiday Ink, and owns 51% share in American Ink.

The president of American Ink is Jerry Germano, a business associate of Nick Morrell, and is also allegedly a former distributor for Holiday Ink. John Robinette is the sales manager of American Ink, and is a former Holiday Ink employee. Ron Green is an agent who sells American Ink distributorships.

Before you invest in American Ink, PLEASE PLEASE contact the Federal Trade Commission, and request information about complaints AND investigations on file concerning the business and individuals listed above. That information is available to you under the freedom of information act. Be sure to specify both complaints and investigations. It may take a few weeks to get the information, but you will be very glad to you waited. Address your request to:

Initially let me say that I have never done any business of any kind or character with this individual. I have no personal or other association with this man. This person is a savagely disgruntled former ink distributor for Holiday Enterprises, Inc., who will apparently stop at nothing to destroy the reputation of any business that he feels is in any way even tenuously connected or associated to the one that he believes has wronged him. And because he has no legimate legal claim with any company whatsoever, he spends his time crusading on the internet against any potential "victim" company he can find. This man is an anathema to every American business.

For the record, I started my company "American Ink" for the purpose of bringing a high quality product (remanufactured and compatible inkjet & toner cartridges) to the consumer at a substantial discount over the name brand OEM. At the same time, I wanted to produce a business model that anyone can duplicate and use to make money provided that they put in the time, effort, enthusiasm, and ingenuity and business requires. The individual submitting this posting has flatly refused to do those things, and as a result, blames anyone but himself for his circumstances and his inabuility to make his business work.
