In June 2006 we paid American Joe Construction/Anthony Raspavolo $ 2500.00 with a check for a deposit on work he was suppose to do on our kitchen and roof. The work was never completed. We paid him a total of $5000.00. He even had the nerve to write me a pathetic letter claiming that he was broke and couldn't finish the work unless we paid him. That on his trip to Colorado he emptied his account and was flat broke. We then paid him an additional $2500 cash.
We filed a lawsuit and won judgement. Now we are still trying to find out his information like bank account and so on so that a levied can be placed on his account or car or basically anything in his name. At court the court clerk had us talk together to come to an agreement.
He agreed to pay me back $2000.00 as a private settlement paying $200 a month starting in February. The condition of the settlement was that if he didn't pay he would owe the full $5000.00. He never sent payment of any type and we immediately filed the motion for judgement. Beware and stay away from him!!! He is a con artist, liar, and a creep.
