I had problems with this company from the moment I started going there.  I always sat in the waiting room for at least 20-30 minutes before I got seen.  The managers were terrible. After being burned on the bikini area I was told by the manager that burns can happen and there is nothing she could do about it. 

Another big problem I had were my legs being tan.  I had a manager tell me that my legs were too tan to do the treatments.  So she would suspend my account until my legs were less tan and add the treatments to the back end of my agreement.  Well now my "so called" warranty is over and they owe me at least 3 more treatments on my legs.  I was told that the manager who told me this was wrong and there is nothing they can do about it.  Of course she no longer works at the company and my legs still have hair on them.

The turnover rate is so high at this company that in the 2 years I went there I never had the same tech do my treatments.  I still have hair on my legs and bikini area.

It was a total waste of money!  I know other people who have gone to other treatment places and have had great results.  However, since the techs at American Laser Center do not know what they are doing, half the time they were using the incorrect settings on me.  So the appointment was either a waste of my time or I got burned.

One manager told me no sun exposure 2 weeks before my treatments.  Then the next appointment I had I was turned away because now it is 1 month of no sun exposure before a treatment.  I live in Arizona, it makes it a little hard to wear pants for a month in 100 degree weather.  I was never told this would be the case when I purchased this package.

They are extremely unprofessional.  Everyone tells you something different.  The managers are as incompetent as the techs.  I have seen no hair reduction on my upper legs because supposedly the hair is too thin.  Of course they didn't tell me this when they were taking my money.

I went there for 2 years.  I still have hair on my legs and bikini area. I have a scar from a burn on my bikini area and I spent well over $5000.  I have been given the run around by everyone I speak to.  My husband went to a different company to have hair removal done on his chest and back.  They performed different tests to ensure that he was not burned.  After 6 treatments he has seen better reduction than I have.

American Laser Center is a complete rip off.  Do not waste your money.  More than likely you will overpay to have an inexperienced tech perform laser hair removal treatments on your body and probably get burned.  There are numerous web sites of many other complaints just like mine.  Please do your research and save your money and body from this horrible company.
