American Laser Centers I want my money back! I didn't finish my treatments! Ontario California

I went in for treatment on Ontario calif on April 9.2014 and got a BOGO package for my mom and i and paid 3740.00. She put 1472.00 down and paid another 412.00 then financed the balance through Comenity Bank. I had 5 treatments and my mom had only 4 treatments. My mom called on November for her November 25th appointment and there was a recording saying they're sorry but they've closed their doors ! We want our acct closed with Comenity and our money refunded of the unused portion. Please give me direction as to what I need to do to keep my credur in good standing and get back my hard earned money. Thank you
