American laser Skincare laser cosmetic work White plains New York

ive been going to american laser for two years the service was great. I went to the one located in white plains ny I' am shock that the up and left with out telling there clients anything. I remember that the ladies working there were pressuring me to buy a package good thing I said no . American laser left with about 1100 dollars of mine that was left in my package I've called and left messages no response. This is very unprofessional of them to just shut down and take everyone's money like nkthing . I am very disappointed and upset with them something has to be done they cannot just take everyone's money and not return it and on top of that they have not even sent out a letter at least to tell there clients what's going on .
