I was contacted by phone. I was told that I was being sued by american payday loans for a $300 loan that they say I tokk out I never did. I applied over the internet to alot of loan companys but did not receive any of them. They told me that i had a May 28th court date not possible it is memorial day. I was told that if I did not pay that my ssn would be black listed and would never be able to receive any loans ever again. I have all the paper work to prove it.

That is all they are - there is no loan - tell them to take a long walk off a short pier into shark infested waters.
