American Leisure MD - EZ Saver unlawfully and without my consent withdrew money out of my checking account via my check & cash card. I don't even know who they are & never authorized or even provided my bank card info & am very violated & need to know where they got this info from. Lanham Maryland

On Saturday March 15th I checked my bank account on-line & discovered that money in the amounts of $1.95 from American Leisure MD were withdrawn from my checking account via my check & cash credit card on 3/10/2008.
I have never contacted this company or even know who they are, how they have my bank card info, and what this money was for and I am very angry and violated that my personal bank card info is being used without my permission!
This is against the law, and is considered stealing, regardless the amount of money that was taken from my account. I want these people prosecuted for stealing from me and getting my personal checking account bank card by means of fraud and identity theft.
I would like to be contacted by anyone who can help me proceed in putting this company behind bars. They need to be put out of business. They need to be stopped before this happens again to another innocent person unknowingly. I plan to do what it takes and will not give up till justice is served.

I read your post, and feel exactly the way you do. They need to be SHUT DOWN! Behind Bars! It's awful what is being allowed to go on here. I have spent the entire day researching these companies and filing formal complaints everywhere.
Here is what I found. EZ Saver and American Leisure is making MILLIONS by STEALING a little bit from a lot of people like you and me. I was charged $14.95 by each of them on my debit card every month since March. I did not catch it because of the small $ amt. and the fact that I use this card for business. It just did not pop out until June when they hit my account 4X!!
They are both under the umbrella of ENCORE MARKETING INTERNATIONAL.
You MUST contact the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (FTC) as well as your STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL's OFFICE and file formal complaints of this theft. Both offices NEED to get these complaints from the consumers who have been victimized for them to take action against these companies they need a lot of complaints filed.

They were very helpful. Give them all the names of these companies so they can be linked together.
This happened because we bought something off the internet, or an infomercial on t.v. etc,, Then they give your # to this encore marketing scam and bill you for nothing without your knowledge under the guise of "oh, you gave us authorization when you purchased...." Which is total BULL of course.
I have heard of 800 flower companies being a part of it , Debt Cures Book, and MANY MANY affiliates.
Lets all take a proactve approach and get them back by filing these complaints and geting the gov't involved in shutting them down and fining them.
A CLASS ACTION SUIT WOULD BE GREAT!!!
