American Liberty financial misleads their customers by saying that their accounts will say paid as agreed when they are settled. this is a total lie. the owner of the company is Elaine Sorrells. a simple google search on her will be very interesting to anyone.i tried to be civil with them but they refuse and just threaten to sue me. they have made my life a nightmare and their business practices are worse. They stole over $1500 from me and should be put out of business.

Termination of Logan Legros

AUTHOR: American Liberty Financial - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 30, 2008

Logan Legros is an ex-employee of American Liberty Financial. Mr. Legros' position remains that he was not properly compensated during his employment with us. However unfortunate, his parting from American Liberty Financial was necessary. Mr. Legros had been verbally warned, in addition to receiving several written warnings. He was counseled on each and every violation. At his departure he was paid everything that according to Florida Employment Laws demands.

Mr. Legros' statements are unwarranted and based loosely on what he believes is fact. American Liberty Financial can back up every statement made to our clients. Mr. Legros' statement referencing paid as agreed is a term used by the three credit agencies. That information is not part of our sales script but information that Mr. Legros supplied to his clients of his own volition. It is upsetting to find out that this kind of information was being supplied to our clients by him.

His posting shows that he is being anything but civil in this matter. He has accused American Liberty Financial of everything that he, himself has attempted to do or has already done. We found that Mr. Legros was no longer the caliber of employee that we wish to maintain. It is, once again, unfortunate that he has found it necessary to go to such measures. It is not American Liberty's position to speak badly of an ex-employee, we wish him well with his future.

#3 UPDATE Employee

Did not get his way

AUTHOR: See Ya Wouldn't Want To Be Ya - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 30, 2008

Logan legros is simply a liar. He was always showing up late and taking 2 hour lunches. He was written up three times for his tardiness. He had stolen time from the company misusing the company internet access for his personal use. He gave clients his personal cell phone number to girls he thought were hot. All of this is against company policy in addition to giving them info on his my space page.

I have to say that this guy is a crack head. He is gross. He would stick his hands down inside his pants and then place his fingers into his mouth. He is incredibly dirty and personally revolting.

He acquired the nickname Fecal mouth in the office, a name said only behind his back. I have an expletive I would like to share but I know that the posting would be denied.

Logan Legros - The Perfect Example of a Disgruntled Ex-Employee

AUTHOR: Bye Bye Logan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 30, 2008

Logan Legros, a con artist that resides in Delray Beach Florida is one angry little man. First allow us to begin by saying that he was fired due to: repeated tardiness, two hour lunches, poor grooming habits, insubordination, lying to clients, stealing time from the company so that he could research items that he planned on purchasing, running his own business and the straw, giving out his personal number to female clients he thought sounded sexy, offered nude pictures of himself to them in addition to providing them links to his personal web pages.

What broke the camel's back was when he attempted to purchase illegal drugs from someone he thought used, only to have that person turn around and report it to the company. before this he was given several chances to correct himself with the aid of the managerial staff. He would yes everyone to death but continue down his own path of distruction.

Logan Legros admitted to EVERYTHING.

He was paid all that was owed to him according to the guidelines set for by Florida Law. Logan is attempting to extort additional monies not owed to him. If anyone has made his life a nightmare it is of his own doing. He is his own worst enemy. he also needs to get out of his own way. His mouth is his worse enemy. Logan Legros needs to seek professional help before it is too late. he has aired his own dirty laundry in public. He has a highly over rated opinion of self. He may be able to talk the talk but he has never been able to walk the walk.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Sour Grapes

AUTHOR: Tonybaloney - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 29, 2008

Logan is a disgruntled former employee who is using any means necessary to vent his frustrations because he was asked to leave. American Liberty Financial's credentials are second to none and can be confirmed by visiting the BBB website. To say that American Liberty Financial is a den of thieves is ludicrous and irresponsible of Logan.

If there were any wrong doing, and there isn't, then Logan would only have himself to blame, as he was the leading salesman. To come back now and file grievances and complaints because you were asked to leave is childish and unecessary. If anything, it speaks volumes as to the character of the accuser. Don't believe the lies and find out for yourself. American Liberty Financial has nothing to hide.
