Worst excuse for a limo service. We had a nice wedding planned and the limo that they brought over in a 90+ degree day was not air conditioned, in addition it was old,dinged up on the outside and the inside was filthy!!Gum still in the carpet and probably never cleaned from one useage to another.
I had ordered the limo for my sons wedding and had it delivered to the bride's house to take the bridal party to the church. Needless to say I was so appalled and embarrassed to think that the brides family would think I would find this suitable. The bride had refused the service only telling me that there was no air conditioning and they could not ride in it.
The limo showed up again at the church saying the bride requested the same limo to show up since they did not have a replacement-(of course that was untrue). That is when I got a look at the limo and was totally shocked. I was charged 530 dollars for 4 hrs and I am trying to get my money refunded.

I recently was contacted by a person who mentioned this review. American Limousine Services out of Huntington Beach Ca was not the company who provided this service. It was most likely the American Limo on Century Blvd in Los Angeles. We just started business in 2006 and all of our limos were new from Krystal and Royal Coach. Our rates were 55.00 per hour in 2006 and I could not cross reference any Cindy or Chino Hills wedding since we are located in Huntington Beach Ca and typically do not serve the Inland Empire or Chino Hills. I am sorry that you had a bad experience. If you could revise the title and delete the Huntington Beach from the description I would be thankful.
