American Loco SCAM! FALSE ADVERTISING!! MISREPRESENTATION!!! China Internet

I ordered LED light up shoes, "Luminous Shoes", from American Loco Company online.  The advertisment shows the shoes light up on the sole like LED shoes.  It took almost 2 months for the shoes to arrive wrapped in a plastic bag with NO box or invoice.  These shoes do NOT light up they are glow in the dark.  These shoes even have the place cut out on the inside for the charger to go into but have no LED lights or charger.  I emailed the company which is refusing to give a refund or exchange.  THIS IS A SCAM!  Do NOT order from this company!  Amazon sells the exact same LED shoes and Amazon can be trusted and they are less expensive.  I am pasting the photo from the ad for these shoes as they show LED lights in the soles.  BEWARE!!!
