American Marketing Group Timeshare Sales They contacted us, said they had a buyer for your time share from Canada, even haggled over price, closing in 90 days, then longer, always in financing and now out of business, we were ripped $1298.00 Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

We were contacted in June by American Marketing Group that they had a buyer for our timeshare at Rancho Banderas Villas and they buyers were from Canada and had placed  a $4,000.00 non-refundable deposit with them They asked all the right questions and seemed very honest, as they explained the procedure for closing the sale, and that it would take about 90 days from start to finish.  They closing department would fed x the closing papers to us and we were take them to our bank closing, notary, etc.  They even called back to see if we would negotiate a reduced price for our unit and said they had the Canadians on the other line.  As to date I have contacted these people several times, had our credit card hacked by other companies representing themselves as AMG closing agents, all wanting more money. I contacted AMG when the first group called, and they said these people were crooks and several other folks had been hacked on by this company..National Marketing. They assured us our transaction was scheduled to close no later that Thanksgiving, which came and went. I have made repeated calls and no one returns them. Then I discovered their phones were disconnected.  We have been taken and lost $1298.00 of hard earned money. We want our money back.  These people need to be prosecuted under criminal law.
