My husband, Ron E, was taken by American Medical Response in critical condition to the ICU at Penrose Hospital. The did file the claim correctly and now they sent it to a creditor? The attending Dr. even wrote them a letter. They are saying my husband could have driven himself to the hospital? They did not fill out the paper work correctl to Medicare. They should be stopped.
