I've used this company for over 10 years, awful customer service. Charges $3.50 just to talk to a human representative... Really? I haven't been able to get the outgoing message to work properly for the past few years, so when my clients called they just got generic computer voice "please leave a message, beep beep beep" service itself was pretty expensive as well. I was able to set up another dedicated  cellular phone for less than the base monthly charge of $27.81. I used their "page copy" service as well for an additional $42.40 a MONTH because the pager itself worked unreliable so "page copy" would also alert us via email/voicemail. When I finally made the change(I waited so long because I didn't want to go through the hassle of changing our emergency number(which American messaging wouldn't release by the way)) upon cancelling on the third of September was told I had to give 30 days notice, whatever... So l just received yet another bill for "page copy " because my actual end date was October 3rd, they're taking another months payment of $42.40 for October (because that's their policy) I wish I would've cancelled this years ago! Save your money and frustrations. There are much better solutions out there!
