Company has way to many exclusions to renters policy that other more popular comapnies don't have. i think they are designed just to collect premiums and never pay out on any claims. They denied a claim at my place or residence before even collecting all of the facts. They certainly don't protect their customers . Beware never buy their Renter's Policy they won't cover your lost. I have decided to cancel my coverage and go with a company that will protect me when needed.
