i paid for the REST report and sent in all documents in September. Since then I have tried to contact them for a status report over 20 times. I am about to file a fraud report with my credit union to get the payment back. I have sent email to Leah Sims, called all numbers, most often voice box will not take messages, sent email to the info mailbox but no response.
