American Mortgate Aid Mortgage Alert claimed they could either modify or refinance mortgagec Irvine california

 I am responding to the reports on American Mortgage Aid in particular to Leah Sims Rebuttals.  I have been trying to modifly or refinance a loan with their company for over a year.  They emphaticly encourage you to file a Rest Report because that expedites their abillity to get your loan through the banking system.  "they say"  The company Mortage Alert which I am sure is owned by their company, states they gaurantee a refund if the report says you qualify you do not get a loan or a modification.  Again American Mortgage Aid uses this as a selling point.

Leah can put her spin on the truth as much as she wants in these rebuttals but the fact remains that  American Mortgage Aid not only has you continue to submit information to string you along.  In my case when we were finally working with the bank and they had everything they needed.  American Mortgage Aid missed the filing deadline which caused the bank to cancel the entire applilcation that we spent a year getting the documentation to this point.  Then Leah had the nerve to become indignent when I sent her an email documenting dates and times that I had to contact them and remind them to submit the requested documents.  Which in the end they failed to do and caused the bank to cancel the application.  I dare Leah to dispute this because I have the letters from the bank to support this statement.

American Mortgage Aid totally wasted my time and energies for over a year and after missing the deadline....now they won't even respond to my e-mails or take my phone calls.  I have been nothing but professional and amicable with them and this is how they treat their client of a year.

My advice to anyone considering dealing with this company is to not even give them a minute of your time.  They are a company the deals in lies and deception and I hope they are making enough money to sell their souls because that is exactly what they are doing.  I don't know how they sleep at night, but I do believe that Karma will avenge myself and others.  So remember later on in life  Leah and John Stevenson her co-hort in this scam,  when life gets rough for you I hope you will remember that what goes around comes around and you are living your payback.

I hope whatever money you made was worth it to you, because I know it could not have been much once all of you got your peice of the profit.
