This company sucks! I noticed another posting regarding moving services from Quick Trip Movers AKA American Nation Express Movers or American Nation Express Moving and Storage. The bottom line is, please do not do business with the above companies, especially if one of the below indivduals has an interest in the company:

Title: CEO
Name: YIRMIHU TAL or Jeremy Tal
Address: PO BOX 129
NORCROSS GA 30091

Title: CFO
Name: EYAL LEVY
Address: 6180 ATLANTIC BLVD
SUITE B
NORCROSS GA 30071

Title: Secretary
Name: LIOR RATSON or Leo Ratson
Address: 6180 ATLANTIC BLVD
SUITE B
NORCROSS GA 30071

Others -
Kelly Martin (business registered agent) Tavia (American Nation Express customer service rep)

They "misplaced" nearly $3000.00 worth of my furniture and delivered my furniture very late. I talked to all the above people and they did not care.

I called my lawyer and had a sheriff served American Nation Express court papers for the civil court filing. By then, they had dissolved American Nation Express and I'm assuming that they are now operating under Quick Trip Movers. I'm still looking into how I can sue them!

This company has several complaints on the BBB. So please do not deal with this company. They really need to learn how to conduct a business, improve customer service skills, and stop lying to their customers. This has to stop! If anyone wants to take them to court, please let me know (I will serve as a witness)!

Upset Client!

what a bunch of pigs!

AUTHOR: James Henry - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 06, 2010

happened to be browsing online today and came across this forum. I have had the displeasure of dealing with these Atlanta-based Israeli movers. I was very dissatisfied. During the move, I left the house for a little bit to go grab lunch with a couple of friends. When I had come back, I found the mover, Lior, drinking a beer and smoking a cigarette. Also, I could tell that at least one of the movers had smoked marijuana while I was gone. My house reeked of it. To top this off, my girlfriend came back with me from lunch, and he couldn't lay his eyes off of her. He kept on making advances on her, and eventually, I had to confront him about it. I was raging, and Lior discounted $50 as a gesture. These guys are so unprofessional I would not suggest them to anyone. It is confirmed they operate under aliases. They must change their names periodically in order to prevent people like us from finding their company.

Suggestions for lawsuit

AUTHOR: Sharon - (U.S.A.)

According to the Georgia Department of Incorporations, American Nation Express Moving & Storage is still an active incorporation, even has their license active and everything! SUE AWAY!

Also, make sure you name each individual PERSON involved in your move, along with the company's name, in case they clean out the company's coffers before you get your payment. If you can, bring up the fact that they now operate the new company, Quick Trip Movers, which is Blacklisted for numerous complaints of the same nature as yours.

The DOT has two names for the company, the legal name is "Liberty Van Lines", and the Doing-Business-As name is "American Nation Express Moving Storage, Inc". There is no incorporation for Liberty Van Lines in GA, but it couldn't hurt to add that name to the suit, in case that's where some money is being hidden, or if trucks and expensive equipment is owned by Liberty.

This is their incorporation report. You can click "View Filed Documents" to see the three papers on file.
http://corp.sos.state.ga.us/corp/soskb/Filings.asp?219210

The company was founded in 2003 by Yirmihu Tal and Lior Ratson. As of today, the same two men are in charge. Kelly Martin is only the registered agent, she should not be named in the lawsuit.

If you're having trouble finding an actual address to serve them with papers, write again here and I'll get you a good address.

Last bit of information, If Yirmihu (Jeremy) continues to claim he's not involved, the DOT's reports of inspections of American Nation's trucks and drivers show the alternate name as:

DBA: QUICK VAN LINES (not Liberty)
PO BOX 129
NORCROSS, GA 30091
Email JEREMY@QUICKTRIPVANLINES.NET

You can find that info here:
http://ai.fmcsa.dot.gov/SafeStat/CarrierOverview.asp?DOT=1161124&WhichForm=safer

If you REALLY wanted to make sure to give them trouble, include Quick Trip Movers in the suit as an alias of American Nation.
