American Pardon Services Promised to expunge criminal records within 6 months, they don't deliver and time expired to file a fraud complaint with credit card company. Washington District of Columbia

I hired American Pardon Services to expunge my criminal record in April of 2007, they sell an assistanc package for approximately $300, in which the "so called" paralegals are supposed to walk you through the entire process of expungement and paroles to ensure your case is handled correctly. The problem is after the credit card transaction is completed and they have your money, they send you a few sheets of paper with some phone numbers, an application for an expungement from your state Department of Pardons and Paroles which is free online, and then suddenly you can never get back in contact with them.

They are complete liars, they only use first names they refuse to tell you their last names when you call, and every time you call you get the exact same person on the phone who insists that she works for an answering service, that there are no supervisors there that you can contact, and the only person that can help you with your complaint or find out the status of your application is Amy, whom never, ever is available, never calls you back, and is a downright theif. How can you help an ex-offender, when you're more crooked than ever.
I am in a desperate state of getting my record cleared so I can move forward with my life. I trusted this company and their fake testimonials, I hope and pray my complaint stops everyone from making my same mistake. Also, I am already having a hard enough time finding suitable employment, money does not come easy, and I would like mine back!
