My fiance and I were falling behind on our mortgage payments I called the first company that popped up. His name was James he seemed very sympathetic to my hardship and like he really wanted to help me, I gave him all of our financial information my hardships and he said he could help me for $1850.00 and promised me that he could find a lender that would take my mortgage and fix my interest rate at a fixed rate and also lower my payments $200-$300 PER MONTH, sounded like a good deal I then asked do I make my monthley mortgage payments in the mean time he said he couldn't tell me not to but the further behind I was on my payments the better it would look for the pending lenders. THANK GOD I googled them first before I sent them money, but I did give them my bank information and had to close out my account and open another one to ensure they would not take money out of my account.
