I think it started from the pop-up in the internet. They said that I will recieve a $50.00 guaranteed coupon from Target if i sign up for a credit card. I never recieved anything and then I saw the withdrawal of $149.95 from my account. I called them and e-mailed them so many times but they never responded.

AUTHOR: Steven - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, February 02, 2006

The consumer has the ability to read the two page application before they submit it and agree to the terms and conditions.

There is a full 30 day refund policy per the terms and conditions. If the consumer has access to the shopping site, per the website and the terms and conditions state, within 14 to 21 days and can shop and still call back by 30 days and request a refund.

If a consumer chooses not to read what they agreed to, whoose fault is that, The consumers.
