American POS ripoff, illegally charges your bank account, makes like equipment lease even if no equipment, scam, abuse Destrehan Louisiana

I only leased from POS for supposed gateway that never worked right, and when my company closed, I was stuck paying on the 48 month lease. This being as American Pos threatens collections. I am done with my lease now and they charged my bank account for 2 extra months. Now they say I have to pay 10% buyout !!! Also they are making like I am stupid that I don't know my own contract, when I personally know it is a lease contract NOT A PURCHASE !!! Also, I did not ever sign the back of the contract, but it was stamped by Card Services International. Even there it says buyout is an "option" not a demand. In any case, American POS is an evil company.

American Pos has a history that can be found in searches. What they do is make it like you leased equipment, even if there was NEVER any equipment involved. They charge your bank account even after the lease is over and will do anything to NEVER let you out of that lease, or to extract more money out of you.
On the phone these are the meanest people you ever saw. The State Attorney General Of Louisiana is the only one that can also do anything besides ripoff report. BBB is pretty much a lip service and does what it can do, even though these people do have a bad rating with the BBB. However, higher powers are the only way to make this company pay for their evils. I had suggested a law be enacted by Congress, where State Attorney Generals can impose stricter fines on abusive companies who show unfair practices to x amount of consumers.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS RIPOFF.
