Wayne Isbelcalls himself a"Contractor"! He isa one man team and is not fit to build a dog house!

When he is not able to come to the job, there is no one else to back him up, to get the job done on time! He lies about everything!

Wayne Isbel is a rip-off artist! He comes to your home and destroys it. Demands more money, upfront, then what the law states as a legal and binding contract,between home owner and contractor. After destroying your home, he leaves and does not show up for a week or two because he has "Other Jobs" he is commited to as well. As a one man team, he should finish the first job, before starting the second... Isbel does this on purpose, so he has you locked into him getting thejob. He low-balls every other contractor so he can get the job, but do not be fooled by the money, like we were, he walked out of here with money in his pocket and never completed the job! Had to start all over again and get a new contractor, the work Isbel did was illegal (electrical) and very unprofessional, he laid porcilin tile croocked/uneven!

He brings his 9 year old daughter to the job site for you to babysit! Does not feed or provide drinks for her either, he expects you to feed him and his kid! When he leaves the job for the day/week, he leaves dangerous tools laying around, sharp cutting tools, left a ladder up & extended, ( I have a child who would not know better, to stay off this ladder & he was very aware that a child was in this home!)

This man should not be out there working! He is dangerous and has a temper and has a very foul mouth, that he is not ashamed to use infront of women and children!
