American safety counsil ripped us off big time there online traffic school was a joke and when you asked for help from there support center no one answered the phone for 2 hours and when they did they were rude and no help then when I emailed them I gor nothing but rude insulting emails from them I need to post them on this site they were so insulting and they kept sending them until 2 am it was the Most unprofessional incident I have ever had with any company and good luck getting your money back. Whatever you do, do not use them it will be a terrible aggravating mistake trust me and the others who have written about them move onto another company I telling you.

Dear Employee I think its funny you scan these negative reports about your company especially with how busy you our with your hundreds and thousands of customers how do you find the time to keep writing me on RIPOFF report you wouldn't have to keep responding to this ripoff report if you well didnt RIP people off have you looked at some of the other negative reports about how you and your company treat people well it doesn't matter other people will see it and decide to go Elsawhere which in turn will effect you and other employees who spend time scamming innocent people out of money when all there trying to do is save money by going to traffic school and save money on there insurance and the sad part is people like you fInd ways to steal more money from them well shame on you and your company for ripping of people who are looking for help. You should take the American out of your company name well go back and tend to your hundred and thousands of customers I'm sure you need to dig into there pockets and find ways to ripoff all those people

Please understand I cannot associate this review and complaint with just a first name. The reason you may be having a hard time is because you refuse to provide me your information so I can tell customer service to provide you the refund.
Until that time, my department cannot tell them to ok your refund. We aren't trying to scam you or be difficult, it's just a matter of letting me know who you are out of the hundreds of thousands of students we process.

Give it up trust me anyone who reads this stay away from this company there are much better companies to go to that will offer better services all you have to do is look at the other reports on this company it is clear these people scan bad reviews on them then write rebuttals to look good but when you call the result is the same endless time waiting for someone to answer only to be passed around then when you finally get someone to listen your told sorry no refund its your problem so unless you like being bullshitted around for endless hours or sign up then take the test and pay a crazy amount for a certificate that won't come on time or call customer SERVICE and be treated rudely and have the customer service rep email you all hours of the night with rude emails then go ahead and use them then you can join me and the many others writing about them on ripoff report which I think is great because it's clear it's working look at all the desperate attempts to make themselves look good well don't be fooled.

Hi Jason,
The problem may have been that there was not sufficient information given on this website. All we have is your first name and that you took traffic school. American Safety Council offers online traffic school in multiple states and graduates thousands of students a day.
Please tell me some information about yourself so that we can access your account and relate it to this case. What state did you complete your traffic school in? When did you register? And what website did you use?
I assure you we are not trying to be difficult. If you are interested in pursuing this further please provide that information.

Do not believe there rebuttal I phoned them and was told no refund they only posted that to save themselves trust me look elsewhere these people our big business scammers move on and save yourself the headache what a crock trying to lie and say I will get my money back anything to save there hide and a dollar thanks #1 employee for the funny rebuttal
