American Signiture Furniture Sold My Sideboard That I Payed For And Rod Will Not Return My Calls WE PAYED FOR A SIDEBOARD W\MIRROR $422.99 ON 12/30/06 AND THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE AT A DISCOUNT University Park Florida

My husband and I went to American signiture furniture and bought a sideboard for $422.99 on dec/30/2006.we were told it would take 4-5 weeks to deliver it to the store were we could pick it up. after 4 weeks my husband called to see if it was in yet and was told they discontinued that sideboard and sold the floor model [we wanted the floor model but they told us we could not sell the floor model because it is part of the set].they offered to give our money back but the sideboard is part of a dinning room set and we alresdy have the drop leaf table in our home.we have made at least 6 calls to Rod trying to resolve this and he does not return our calls.the last time i talked with him 2/17/07 he told me they had just received one without a mirror and he was to get the measurements and call us back to see if it would fit in our suv.Here it is 2/25/07and he still has not called back.we live over 50 miles away and do not have the time to go there everytime to see what the problem is.Please help us we are at our wits end.Amy
