American Signature Product and Warranty were disceptive and a complete disappointment Tampa Florida

We purchased the Ciera IV 2 Pc. Sectional 2 years ago. I was told of the automatic warranty and I also purchased the Uniters Pure A&P Leather Protector Seven Year Warranty. Low and behold one year after purchasing it, I noticed some of the areas were starting to peel.. and then a few months later the entire thing started to peel. The sofa was gray and now it's more of just a fleece lining and there are constantly gray sheds of material on the floor... when my toddler stands up from sitting on the sofa, there are pieces of the "sofa skin" stuck to her legs and clothing. My son laid on the sofa yesterday and a small piece of "sofa skin" went into this eye. We had such a hard time trying to calm him down and help relieve the irritation it caused. It is such a dissappointment that this could not be resolved with the warranty company. I reached out to American Signature and the warrany company a few times. None of these issues are covered by the extended warranty.. they would only cover this issue if it was on a non-seating area.

From the beginning we used the conditioner they provided when I purchased the sofa and I'm not kidding when I say it was those areas that I used them on that started to peel first. Now, we're out a $1200 sofa and need to purchase a new one.
