American Specialty Ammo Took my money, never sent product, won't give money back. Wadsworth Ohio/ internet

I purchased $142.53 worth of product from this company online on 5/02/14.  I waited for 4 months and never received what I ordered. I called the company around the end of august 2014 and they said that they never sent it out and that they would refund my money. I was satisfied with this and though this was the end of it.

That wasn't the end of it because they never refunded my money. I called them 2 weeks later and left a message; no response. I opened a case with the BBB to which they never responded. It has been over a month since then and BBB doesn't seem to be doing anything about it(probably because they are an accredited business[paid membership to BBB). In this past month I have sent American Specialty Ammo 2 emails and have called them twice. No responses to the emails and they may be screening my calls because they did not pick up during their normal business hours. Don't buy anything from them or this may happen to you!
