AMERICAN SWEEPSTAKES PUBLISHERS target the elderly and feebleminded, this fact alone clearly makes this material pornagraffic in nature. Their partner the U. S. postal service continues to deliver this material to thousands of marks every day. My local police department told me if I wish to file a complaint I need to file it with Shawnee Mission police, which in my mind puts them as cohorts. Our government seems to be aiding and assisting the wrong side of the legal fence.
