Please allow me to join this elite group that has been "taken" by John Davis & Jennifer Jones who allegedly represent the unethical American Timeshare Marketing.
After signing my contract in Oct. 2007 and submitting along with $500, I have heard nothing from them. I have tried numerous time to contact them without success. They fail to return phone messages and at times, a message will even state that their mailbox is full.
I have filed reports twice thus far with the Florida Attorney General's office but those also have gone without any responses. Makes one believe that this type of scam operation is acceptable in that state.
It appears the list is growing of Ripoff Reports so one can only imagine how many people were actually victims in this scam.
